SQM FLOORSPACE
Demonstrating the critical role of leveraging natural gas and LNG as a key transitional energy source, attendees can uncover the latest technology, innovations and collaboration opportunities within decarbonisation initiatives. This specialised exhibition area offers a unique chance for specialists to engage directly with industry leaders, discussing the sector’s prospects and exploring potential avenues for partnerships and expansion.
Natural gas plays a significant role in the global drive for net zero emissions ambition. Decarbonisation requires early action and switching to gas can lower emissions today. Switching just 20% of coal-fired power in Asia to gas can potentially save 680 MTPA of CO2 emissions.
Asia is expected to lead growth in LNG demand through to 2040. Approximately 40% of LNG growth to be expected in Asia within the timeframe.
Welcoming some of the biggest LNG & Gas companies in the world, the Future Energy Asia exhibition floor will invite leaders to demonstrate their role in global decarbonisation efforts and showcase technological developments in areas such as CCUS. Attendees will be encouraged to speak directly to leaders about the future of the sector and identify opportunities for partnerships and growth.
